RESOLUTION ADOPTING ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROCEDURES
RESOLVED, under the provisions of Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq
(California Environmental Quality Act of 1970) that the provisions of the State EIR
Guidelines (as amended) are hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as the Town
of Los Gatos procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of en-
vironmental impact reports.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the procedures shown on the attached chart entitled
"Town's CEQA Process" are established as the procedures for the Town of Los Gatos
under the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
FURTHER RESOLVED, this resolution is effective December 1, 1983.
FURTHER RESOLVED, this resolution repeals the procedures established by the
previous resolutions 1973 -38, 1973 -70, 1973 -164, 1975 -90, 1976 -161.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 24th day of _ October 1983, by
the following vote:

Daily and Thomas J. Ferrito
