RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CERTIFICATE OF CANCELLATION OF
WILLIAMSON ACT LAND CONSERVATION CONTRACTS
FOR PROPERTY AT 14734 BLOSSOM HILL ROAD,
SANTA CLARA ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS:
527 -19 -003, 527 -19 -004, AND 527 -19 -007
WHEREAS, On Monday, December 7, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. during a publicly noticed regular
meeting of the Town Council in the Council Chambers of the Los Gatos Civic Center at 110 E. Main
Street, in the Town of Los Gatos, in Santa Clara County, California, the Town Council determined
that the conditions and contingencies noted in Exhibit A (attached) were satisfied by SummerHill
Homes pursuant to Government Code Sections 51283 and 51284; and
WHEREAS, the Council approved the execution and recordation of a Certificate of
Cancellation of Contract for the above reference property;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Mayor is authorized to execute of a Certificate of Cancellation
for the above reference property and that the Town Clerk is directed to record the Certificate of
Cancellation of Contract with the County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of December 1998, by the following vote:
