RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO TERMINATE, AS SOON AS PRACTICAL IN
1999, THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT WITH
WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to terminate, as soon as practical in
1999, the Deferred Compensation Administration Agreement with Washington Mutual Bank
(formerly Great Western Bank).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21 st day of December, 1998 by the following vote:
