RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO RELEASE BUDGET FUNDS FOR FY 2015/16 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM PROJECT 831 -3407: BLOSSOM HILL PARK — LITTLE LEAGUE
BACKSTOP
WHEREAS, Section 2.30.295(b) of the Los Gatos Town Code requires the Town
Manager to annually prepare and submit a budget to the Town Council and be responsible for its
administration; and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager submitted a proposed budget for the FY 2015/16 to
the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed said capital
improvement plan during public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council approved the capital improvement plan on June 16,
2015, identifying a list of ten projects totaling $2,132,700 to place on hold pending future
Council Authority to release funds; and
WHEREAS, project 831 -3407: Blossom Hill Park — Little League Backstop,
totaling $25,000 of General Fund Appropriated Reserve money was one of the ten identified
projects on -hold.
RESOLVED, that the Town Council hereby authorizes release of up to $25,000 in
funding for project 831 -3407: Blossom Hill Park — Little League Backstop to complete this
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the project costs are to be split evenly
between the Town of Los Gatos and Los Gatos Little League.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of November 2015 by the following vote:
