I am submftng the follGvAng)document 1 recently received from First American
Title Company. It is a Grant Deed document recorded in the County of Santa Clara
County on Jan 2"d, 1957. On the second page, it clearly identified the width of the
easement in question as 20 feet in width. On page 4 of the document, it shows
the property owners name as Perley and Diana Payne, they were the former
owners of 15925 quail hill rd. until we purchased the house in July 2013. The legal
description of property 15925 quail hill rd., Los Gatos is on the first page of the
document.
