ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION 1983 -241:
STANDARDS FOR SELF - SERVICE GAS STATIONS.
After the distribution of the staff report, a Council Member inquired: "What are the current
ordinances, policies, etc. relating to accessory /secondary units ?"
The policies associated with accessory /secondary units are the items proposed for rescission. If
the Council approves the proposed policy deletions, the remaining policy guidance on accessory
structures and secondary units is contained in the Town Code.
