Subject: Highway 85 Express Lanes: Item 8 on Council's 19 May 2015 Agenda
Dear Town Council,
I urge you to join Saratoga and Cupertino in legal action to stop the further development of
Highway 85 into an eight lane freeway.
The proposed project violates the agreement you have with the VTA.
We need a more reasoned approach to transportation than just adding lanes every ten or so years.
