Davidon identified two additional locations within the Valley Floor where the story poles were visible. Though not required, we took the liberty of having Bassenian Lagoni Architects perform a Visual Analysis at each of these locations: SW Corner of Blossom Hill Road / Cherry Blossom Lane Approximately 50' west of the SW corner of Blossom Hill Road and Cherry Blossom Lane. Please refer to Attachment "A ". The Visual Analysis from this point results in 22.15% visibility. Shannon Road, West of W. La Chaauita Ave. Shannon Road, just west of W. La Chaquita Ave., across the street from the church. Please refer to Attachment "B ". The Visual Analysis from this point results in 20.86% visibility. The visibility from these two locations is less than 25% and as defined by the HDS &G, it does not qualify as a visible home, from these particular locations. This information was received from our consultant just prior to the originally scheduled Council Hearing on May 5`h. We find this to be helpful in further understanding the visibility of this project. Please include this in an addendum to the staff report for Council's review prior to the hearing.
