Dear council members and manager,
I'm writing to you regarding Sheila and Dmitry Lebdenko application to add a second story to their existing house on 240 El Cajon Way;
application S14 -036.
I've written before to a planning committee and was disappointed to find out that their plan was rejected.
My husband and I looked at the plan of the proposed extension and we believe this house will improve the outlook of the community. We
live no more than three houses away, and I pass their house every day.
We were disappointed by the decision of planning committee, because we were thinking about the possibility of constructing a second story
as well. We would prefer that our neighborhood will decide what houses to build.
I want to make one more point, we are very found of our back yard, and would want to keep it, if we decide to improve our house, does it
mean that the only option is to lose our back yard?
I hope you will support the Lebdenko family, as we do support them.
