• February 2008: Request to relocate existing contributing Almond Grove residence and
add a second story was reviewed by HPC as other business.
• July 2008: Applicant submitted Minor Residential Development Application.
• July 2008: Application requires Architecture and Site application to exceed the maximum
floor area; upgraded to an A &S application.
• July 2008: HPC recommended approval of relocation and second story addition with
conditions.
• May 2009: DRC approved relocation and second story with conditions.
• August 2009: Applied for building permit.
• May 2010: Issued building permit.
• July 2010: Town staff alerted to possible demolition; building inspector went out to the
site.
• July 2010: Issued Stop Work Notice because possible demolition; later determined to be
demolition.
• July 2010: Applicant submitted required A &S application to the Town for the unlawful
demolition of a contributing historic residence.
• August 2010: Entered into agreement to pay fines in installments.
