A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS CONCERNING THE LEASE-
BACK OF LAND TO CENTRAL FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT AND COORDINATION OF TERMINATION
DATE OF THE LEASE WITH THAT OF AN EARLIER
LEASE.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby authorize the Town Manager to act on behalf of the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS in preparing and executing all necessary documents for the dis-
position of property repurchased by the TOWN OF LOS GATOS from the
CENTRAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, as mentioned in Section 2, Section 5,
and Section 6 of the agreement between the TOWN OF LOS GATOS and the
CENTRAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY, entitled
"AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF LAND, FOR LEASEBACK OF PART OF IT, AND COORDI-
NATING THE TERMINATION DATE OF THE LEASE WITH THAT OF AN EARLIER LEASE."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting held this 20th day of
July , 1981, by the following vote:
