SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/PARKING
AUTHORITY MEETING JANUARY 20, 2015
RECOMMENDATION:
Replace the summary motion for Item #6 with the verbatim motion as follows:
Motion by Vice Mayor Barbara Spector to direct the Veterans group to move forward, if they so
choose, to come back to Council with a finalized design for a trellis on the Civic Center Plaza with a
focal point, should they decide they want one, and also a design for the redwood grove and statuary
there, all at the discretion of the Veterans group, should they decide to move forward on either of
these locations and within either of those parameters.
DISCUSSION:
The maker of the motion has requested replacing the summary motion provided in the draft minutes
with the actual verbatim motion above.
