A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OP
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A SUBGRANT UNDER CETA TITLE I
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that it hereby approves the "SUBGRANT UNDER CETA TITLE I" dated
for convenience March 17, 1975, between the Santa Clara Valley
Employment and Training Board and the Town of Los Gatos; however,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is subject, because
of the nature of the Board's Work Experience Program, to the
following qualifications:
(a) It is beyond the ability of the Town to make the
assurances required under Sections A3o, 3p, 3q,
3v(2) and C.1 of Attachment IV. The Town will comply
with these and all other assurances to the maximum
extent feasible; and
(b) The correspondence between Russell J. Cooney and
Albert Pinon dated respectively May 8, 1975, and
May 12, 1975, and this resolution, are hereby made a
part of the Towns agreement with the Board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Town of Los
Gatos is authorized and is hereby directed to sign the subgrant
on behalf of the Town.
