A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN ATTORNEY TO
FILE CIVIL SUIT IN ALL MATTERS INVOLVING
CLAIMS OF $2,000.00 OR LESS BY THE TOWN
FOR DAMAGES TO TOWN PROPERTY.
RESOLVED, the Town Attorney of the Town of Los Gatos is authorized
to file civil suit, in his discretion, in all matters involving claims
by the Town for damages to Town property where the total amount of the
claim is $2,000.00 or less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meetinq of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 8th day of August ,
1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito,
John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi
