RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A 90 -DAY CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the attached four
Contracts for Consultant Services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos at a regular meeting held this 18th day of
December 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth cannon, Thomas J. Ferrite,
NOES
John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and
Mardi Gualtieri.
