A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN
APPLICATION FOR FUNDING UNDER THE HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos wishes to apply for
funding under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held to solicit the view of citizens
as to the most appropriate uses for these funds; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined which projects would be most
appropriate to meet identified community needs;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
does hereby authorize the filing of the attached application, including all
understandings and assurances contained therein, and hereby directs and designates
the Mayor of the Town of I.os Gatos as the authorized representative for the Town
to sign and act in connection with the application and to provide such additional
information as may be required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of December 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito,
_John B. Lochner, Peter W.
Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None.
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None.
