PARKING RESTRICTION - BELGATOS ROAD
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED.
Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle AT ALL TIMES
is hereby prohibited along both sides of Belgatos Road south of
Westhill Drive.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 20th day of November , 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, John B.
Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS
