A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A FOUR -WAY VEHICULAR
STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF BELGATOS ROAD
AND WESTHILL DRIVE
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that, in accordance
with Section 16 -29 of the Los Gatos Town Code, "Stop Intersections and Through
Streets ", the intersection of Belgatos Road and Westhill Drive is designated
as one at which vehicles are required to stop at all entrances thereto.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works is hereby ordered to
erect and maintain stop signs and appropriate pavement markings at the above
location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos on the 20th day of November 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, John B.
Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
