A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF
THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Janet L. Noel has duly and regularly filed an appeal
with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as
follows: approval of Conditional Use Permit U -78 -14 for construction of
a private sports recreation club with a swimming pool for non - incidental
use.
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, a public hearing with respect to said
appeal has been duly and regularly held by the Town Coucil; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the
Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, as hereinabove set-
forth, is hereby affirmed, with consideration to be given concerning plant-
ing area of the fence, north side of pool, so as to protect neighbors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 20th day of November, 1978, by the following votes:
