A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD SEPTEMBER
19, 1978.
WHEREAS, a special municipal election was held in
the Town of Los Gatos on Tuesday, the 19th day of September,
1978, and was conducted in form and manner as required by
the laws of the State of California governing the elections
of General Law Cities, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, determined and declared as follows;
That in Precinct 1 being a consolidation of Precincts 3755,
3756 and 3779; and Precinct 2 being a consolidation of Pre-
cincts 3774, 3757, 3777 and 3778; and Precinct 3 being a
consolidation of Precincts 3741, 3754 and 3780; and Precinct
4 being a consolidation of Precincts 3743., 3744 and 3764; and
Precinct 5 being a consolidation of Precincts 3749 and 3771;and
Precinct 6 being a consolidation of Precincts 3750, 3759 and
3770; and Precinct 7 being a consolidation of Precincts 3742,
and 3776; and Precinct 8 being a consolidation of Precincts
3751, 3752 and 3753; and Precinct 9 being a consolidation of
Precincts 3763 and 3766; and Precinct 10 being a consolidation of
Precincts 3769 and 3772; and Precinct 11 being a consolidation of
Precincts 3740 and 3765; and Precinct 12 being a consolidation
of Precincts 3746 and 3748; and Precinct 13 being a consolida-
tion of Precincts 3745, 3747 and 3758
The total number of registered voters was
13,193; the total number of votes cast was
5,200 including absentee ballots for a
measure submitted as follows:
"Shall Ordinance Number 1396, an ordinance
rezoning to Planned Development (PD)
property commonly known as the Villa
Felice, located at 15350 Winchester Boule-
vard in the Town of Los Gatos, be effective ?"
The votes cast, together with the absentee votes,
in the entire Town and received in each of said precincts,
are as follows:

RESOLVED, therefore, that at the said special munici-
pal election held in the Town of Los Gatos, September 19,
1978, the majority of the electorate voted that Ordinance
Number 1396 shall be effective, -

RESOLVED FURTHER: That the Town Clerk shall
enter upon the records of this Town Council the results
of said Special Municipal. Election.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October,
1978, by the following votes:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J.
Ferrite, John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens
and Mardi Gualtieri.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
