RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS FIXING TAX RATE 1978 -79
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, as
follows:

This resolution becomes effective only if the Jarvis -
Gann Initiative (Proposition 13) is held invalid.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 51511 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
The tax rates levied by this Council for the fiscal year
1978 -79 for municipal purposes upon each One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars of the assessed valuation of the
property within the Town are hereby fixed at the following
rates:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that parcels located within Tract 3026
and Tract 3162 as approved and confirmed by the Town Council on
March 21, 1965, and known as Open Space Maintenance District No. 65 -11,
shall be assessed Twenty -five ($.25) Cents per One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars of assessed valuation for the fiscal year 1978 -79.
The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Controller
of Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days
of its adoption in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer pursuant to
Section 36936.1 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the
