RESOLUTION MODIFYING FEES FOR ENCROACHMENT
PERMITS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that Section No. 6 of Resolution No.
1978 -73, adopted May 16, 1978, is amended to read:
6. Encroachment Permit Fees. The application for an
excavation permit issued under Article III of
Chapter 26 of the Los Gatos Town Code shall be
Thirty ($30.00) Dollars. Such fee shall not be
charged when the applicant is a public agency.
The application fee for a permit to construct
sidewalks, driveways or curbs and gutters as required
by Article IV of Chapter 26 of the Los Gatos Town
Code shall be `-07enty ($20.00; Dollars. Such fee
shall not be charged when the applicant is a
public agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21St day of
