A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING POSITION OF
"CONTINUED FUNDING ALLOCATIONS BASED
ON PRESENT POLICY," AS AN ALTERNATE SIX
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Board has asked for city comment
regarding the present policies utilized in distribution of Housing and
Community Development Act monies to cities participating in the urban
county application; and
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Town Council has reviewed and discussed this
issue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS does hereby support the continuance of the present HCDA Urban
County Program Funding Policy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council does hereby pledge to con-
tinue to work with the County of Santa Clara to increase the current
citizen participation and improve the program performance aspects of the
urban county program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held this 21st day of August, 1978, by the
following vote:
