A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND PROVIDING
FOR THE CONSOLIDATION OF PRECINCTS,
LISTING POLLING PLACES AND ELECTION
OFFICERS AND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING
OF NOTICE.
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election will be held
within the Town of Los Gatos on Tuesday, September 19,
1978:
BE IT RESOLVED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be thirteen
(13) precincts for said election consisting of consolida-
tions of Santa Clara County election precincts as last
established by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Santa Clara for the conduct of State and County elections.
Their descriptions, the polling places designated therefor
and the election officers to conduct said election are as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the measure to be voted on
is as follows:
"Shall Ordinance Number 1396, an ordinance
rezoning to Planned Development (PD) prop-
erty commonly known as the Villa Felice,
located at 15350 Winchester Boulevard in
the Town of Los Gatos, be effective ?"
The Town Clerk is hereby instructed to publish a
notice of election officers and polling places, as herein -
above set forth, pursuant to Elections Code.
