A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A FOUR -WAY VEHICULAR STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF SAN BENITO AVENUE WITH ANDREWS STREET
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, that, in accordance with Section 16 -29 of the
Los Gatos Town Code, "Stop Intersections and Through Streets," the
intersection of San Benito Avenue and Andrews Street is designated
as one at which vehicles are required to stop at all entrances thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is hereby
ordered to erect and maintain stop signs and appropriate pvement
markings at the above location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS on the 19th day of June , 1978, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, John B.
Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
