RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION
IN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, a referendum petition concerning ordinance No. 1396
rezoning to PD property commonly known as the Villa Felice, located
at 15350 Winchester Boulevard in the Town of Los Gatos has been
filed with the Town clerk and the clerk has certified the petition
in the manner provided in Elections Code section 4054.
RESOLVED, a special election is called, to be held September 19,
1978, as provided in Elections Code section 4055, for purpose of
submitting ordinance No. 1396 to the voters of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 3rd day of July, 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, John B. Lochner and
Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito and Peter W. Siemens
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
