A RESOLUTION AMENDING MEMBERSHIP - ORGANIZATION
FOR THE TOWN COMMUNITY SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa of
Clara, State of California, that the Town Council hereby amends paragraph 1. a
of Resolution No. 1977 -13 entitled A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TOWN COMMUNITY
SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION to read as follows:
1. Membership - Organization
a. The Community Service and Development Commission shall consist of
nine (9) voting members, whose terms of office shall be three (3) years and until
their successors are appointed. The members shall be appointed by the Town Council.
At least two members of the Commission shall reside within the Town's sphere of
influence. At least two members of the Commission shall represent community
service providers. The membership of the Commission shall reflect the social and
economic diversity of the Los Gatos community.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of August, 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, J„hn B.
Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
