A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ROBERTA BOWMAN
WHEREAS, ROBERTA BOWMAN served as a volunteer librarian for the
Mirassou Cooperative Library from its inception in
January 1977 through June 1978; and
WHEREAS, ROBERTA BOWMAN also served as liaison between Mirassou
School and the Town of Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, during this period she has served with diligence and
dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding service
deserves appropriate recognition and commendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town Council does
hereby render recognition, commendation, and appreciation to
ROBERTA BOWMAN for her generous contribution of personal time and
effort to the Mirassou Cooperative Library.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.. at a regular meeting held this 7th day of
August , 1978, by the following vote:
