RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF A CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the attached four letters
of agreement extending contracts for consultant services from May 31,
1979 through July 31, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 21st day of May ,
1979, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Peter W. Siemens and John B. Lochner
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
