TWENTY MINUTE TIME LIMIT PARKING RESTRICTION
ON SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47,
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
estbblish the following traffic regulations:
TWENTY (20) MINUTE PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between the hours
of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., daily, except Sundays and Holidays, for
a period of time longer than twenty 120) minutes along South Santa
Cruz Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A ". Resolution No. 1975 -4,
adopted on January 6, 1975, is hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of June , 1979, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, Mardi
Gualtieri, Peter W. Siemens and John B. Lochner
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL
