A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT CONCERNING DEDICATION OF LAND FOR
STREET WIDENING PURPOSES
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the attached agreement
concerning dedication of land for street widening purposes,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos this 4th day of June , 1979,
by the following vote:
