RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PORTION OF MOZART
AVENUE FROM KOVANDA
WHEREAS, KENNETH W. KOVANDA, D.D.S., signed a "DEED OF RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND AN OFFER TO DEDICATE FOR PUBLIC STREET AND ROAD
PURPOSES" recorded August 29, 1977 at Book D -105 OR Page 18 in the Office
of the Santa Clara County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the document provides for the County's rights to pass to a
successor agency; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos annexed the land described in said
document on January 12, 1978; and
WHEREAS, said Dr. Kovanda has completed required improvement work on
said land.
RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby
accepts said deed and offer of dedication and designates such roadway
a publicly- maintained road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 18th day of June , 1979,
by the following vote:
