RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT FROM KOVANDA
WHEREAS, KENNETH W. KOVANDA, D.D.S., signed a "DEDICATION FOR STORM
DRAINAGE PURPOSES AND AN OFFER TO DEDICATE A PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT"
recorded August 29, 1977 at Book D -105 OR Page 20 in the Office of the
Santa Clara County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the document provides for the County's rights to pass to a
successor agency; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos annexed the land described in said
document on January 12, 1978.
RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby
accepts said dedication for storm drainage purposes and offer of dedication
and designates said easement as a publicly- maintained storm drainage
easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 18th day of June , 1979,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, Mardi
Peter W. Siemens and John B. Lochner
