LOADING ZONE - GRAYS LANE
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16, "Motor Vehicles
and Traffic ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Article VII, "Loading Zones ",
a loading zone, for the purpose of loading or unloading
of passengers or materials, is hereby established on the
South side of Grays Lane, as indicated on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
Any prior parking resolutions on Grays Lane in conflict
with this resolution are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings, giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 18th day of June , 19791 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Fer ; o Mardi Gualtieri,
Peter W. Siemens and John B Lochner
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
