PARKING RESTRICTION - SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47, "Parking
Regulation" the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle AT ALL
TIMES is hereby prohibited along a portion of the west
side of South Santa Cruz Avenue, as shown on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS, held on the 5th day of June , 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito. John R. Lochner,
Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
