PARKING RESTRICTION - UNIVERSITY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47, "Parking
Regulation" the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle AT ALL
TIMES is hereby prohibited along a portion of the east side
of University Avenue, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A."
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appro-
pirate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS, held on the 5th day of June , 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, John B. Lochner,
Peter A Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
