A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
A QUITCLAIM DEED
RESOLVED, the Town Council hereby accepts the
Quitclaim Deed of Theodore A. Johnson and Violet D.
Johnson, a copy of which is attached.
FURTHER, the Town Council authorizes recordation of
this deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos at a regular meeting held this 5th day
of June , 1978, by the following vote:

Town of Los Gatos, a general law city of the State of California,
all of their right, title and interest in the real property located
in the State of California, County of Santa Clara, Town of Los Gatos,
described as:
A strip of land 3 feet wide being the
northwesterly 3 feet, front and rear
measurements, of Lot 101; as said lot is
shown upon the Map of Tract #1945, which
said Map was filed for the Record,
October 23, 1957, in Book 85 of Maps,
Pages 52 and 53, in the Office of the
Recorder, Santa Clara County, California.
