A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby directed
to execute a deed for real property described as:
Parcel 1: A strip of land 3 feet wide being the
northwesterly 3 feet, front and rear measurements,
of Lot 101; as said lot is shown upon the Map of
Tract #1945, which said Map was filed for the Record,
October 23, 1957, in Book 85 of Maps, Pages 52 and
53, in the Office of the Recorder, Santa Clara County,
California.
Parcel 2: A strip of land 2'k feet wide being the
southeasterly 2� feet, front and rear measurements,
of Lot 102; as said Lot is shown upon the Map of
Tract #1945, which said Map was filed for the Record,
October 23, 1957, in Book 85 of Maps, Pages 52 and
53, in the Office of the Recorder, Santa Clara County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos at a regular meeting held this 5th day
of June , 1978, by the following vote:
