ADDITION TO EXISTING BUS LOADING ZONE
SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16, "Motor
Vehicles and Traffic," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby establish the following traffic regulations:
ADDITION TO BUS LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 -78, "Bus Loading
Zones," an addition to the existing bus loading zone located
on the east side of South Santa Cruz Avenue, south of West
Main Street is hereby established as indicated on the attached
Exhibit "A."
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings, giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS held on the 19th day of June , 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito, John B. Lochner and
Peter W. Siemens
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon and Mardi Gualtieri
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
