RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER VACATION OF EASEMENTS
222 BLOSSOM VILLA WAY
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the Town Council to vacate all of the
easements hereafter described.
2. The easements proposed to be vacated are described in Exhibit
"A" attached to this resolution and made a part of it by this reference.
A map or plan showing the locations of the easements is on file in the
office of the Town Clerk to which reference is made for further
particulars.
3. A public hearing will be held on May 15, 1978, at the meeting
of the Town Council. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, California.
If the Town Council finds from the evidence submitted that the easements
are unnecessary for present or prospective use, it may make its order
vacating all or part of the easements.
4. The Town Clerk is authorized and is hereby directed to publish
a copy of this resolution in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the Town
of Los Gatos, within 15 days after the date of its adoption.
5. The Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos is authorized and is hereby
directed to execute a Notice of Public Hearing on Vacation of Easements
and the Director of Public Works is authorized and is hereby directed
to post conspicuously three copies of such Notice, not more than 300
feet apart along the line of the easements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos this 17th day of April , 1978, by the
following vote:

Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
