A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TAE NAME OF A CERTAIN STREET
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
has been requested by the Police Department to officially
name that certain public roadway described as follows:
Tile public street located within Vasona
Park and running from Garden Hill Drive
to University Avenue;
and
iIEREAS, the Town Council determines that it is
in the public interest for this roadway to have a name:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AIQD IT IS HERL13Y
ORDERED that the official name for the above described road-
way is designated as
PEPPER TEEE LANE,
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
TOWN COUiiCIL OF Ti E TOWN OF LOS GATOS, field on the 17th day
of April, 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito,
John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
