A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND THE TOWN EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION -
MISCELLANEOUS UNIT.
RESOLVED, the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Town
Representative and the President of the Los Gatos Town Employees,
Association on Apri-Y 14, 1978, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of
April , 1978, by the following vote:

John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
