RESOLUTION NO, 1978 -61
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING A SUBGRANT
AGREEMENT UNDER CETA, TITLE VI
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that it hereby approves the " Subgrant Agreement under CETA,
Title VI Public Service Employment Program ", dated for
convenience April 1, 1978, between the Santa Clara Valley
Employment and Training Board and the Town of Los Gatos.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Town of
Los Gatos is authorized and is hereby directed to sign the
subgrant agreement on behalf of the Town.
