EXCEPTIONS TO PARKING REGULATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47,
"Parking Regulation" the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby establish the following traffic regulations:
DESIGNATION OF THE EXCEPTIONS TO PARKING REGULATIONS
The exceptions to all previously adopted Council Resolutions
regulating parking time limits are hereby amended to read
as follows:
"EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS"
Portions of previously adopted resolutions that are in
conflict therewith, are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install
appropriate signs and /or markings giving notice to the public of
this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, held on the 17th day of April 1978,
