A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF
THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, George R. Kilian, Architect for Longs Drug Stores, Inc.
has duly and regularly filed an appeal with the Town Council, from a decision
of the Town Planning Commission as follows: denial of Use Permit Application
U -77-43 and Site Application S -77 -86 for construction of commercial building
and parking lot in the 15400 block of Los Gatos Boulevard.
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, a public hearing with respect to said
appeal has been duly and regularly held by the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the
Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, as hereinabove set-
forth, is hereby affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 3rd day of April, 1978, by the following votes:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito
John B. Lochner, Peter W. Siemens and Mardi Gualtieri
