Small Town Service ~ Community Stewardship ~ Future Focus Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department and Santa Clara County Fire partner to provide information and training to prepare our community in the event of a disaster . These opportunities include: Promote preparedness to community groups via the community outreach database, “What’s New!”, Nextdoor.com, and local media Conduct presentations and training to promote personal emergency preparedness year -round, but especially during the month of October, Los Gatos Emergency Preparedness Month Train Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) Personal Emergency Preparedness
Small Town Service ~ Community Stewardship ~ Future Focus Personal Emergency Preparedness The Los Gatos/Monte Sereno P olice Department and Los Gatos/M onte Sereno CERT will be conducting Los Gatos Prepared presentations at ten locations throughout Town during the month of October. CERT members will be on hand to educate the community about the benefits of personal preparedness by providing tools and information Also on October 24 th LG Prepared will be hosting the annual Red Cross blood drive For event locations please visit www.losgatosca.gov/losgatosprepared
