ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
EFFECTING A ZONE CHANGE FROM O TO O:PD AT 375 KNOWLES
DRIVE. APN 406 -28 -032.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance effecting a zone change from O to O:PD at
375 Knowles Drive that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of September 16, 2014.
DISCUSSION
On September 16, 2014, the Town Council considered and voted to: certify the FIR for the
proposed project; adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; approve the General
Plan amendment to change the land use designation from Public to Office Professional; and
introduce an ordinance effecting a zone change from O to O:PD at 375 Knowles Drive. If the
Council adopts the ordinance (Attachment 1), it would be effective on November 6, 2014.
