FINES/PENALTIES — TOWN CODE VIOLATION
Per resolution 2004 -97 penalties for violation of the Los Gatos Town Code shall be
set forth as the below schedule, except:
The penalties for all violations of the Town Code not specifically set forth in the below
schedule and do not involve violations of local building and safety codes shall be:
1. one hundred dollars ($100) for first violation;
2. two hundred dollars ( $200) for second violation;
3. five hundred dollars ( $500) for each additional violation within one year.
The penalties for all violations of the Town Code not specifically set forth in the below
schedule and that involve violations of local building and safety codes and are not
otherwise designated as misdemeanors shall be:
1. one hundred dollars ($100) for first violation;
