ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Steven Leonardis, Vice Mayor Marcia Jensen, Council Member Joe Pirzynski, Council Member Diane McNutt, Council Member Barbara Spector. Absent: None PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Steven Leonardis led the Pledge of Allegiance. The audience was invited to participate. CLOSED SESSION REPORT Robert Schultz, Town Attorney, stated Council met in Closed Session as duly noted on the agenda and there is no report. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS Jonathan Knowles - Spoke against outsourcing police services. Tim Harris - Spoke against outsourcing police services. Jeff Loughridge - Spoke on the Albright initiative. Lee Quintana - Spoke on the Albright initiative, the North 40 project, and the Zoning ordinance. Barbara Dodson - Spoke on the Albright initiative. Doug McNeil - Spoke against outsourcing of police services. John Shepardson - Spoke on the Albright initiative. Len Pacheco - Spoke on the North 40 Project. Deborah Weinstein - Thanked the Council for all the work in 2013, and commented on the Almond Grove street improvement plan and the North 40 project. DISCUSSION TOPICS  Discussion on status of 2013 -2015 Strategic Goals and direction on 2014 - 2016 Strategic Goals Pamela Jacobs, Assistant Town Manager, presented the staff report. Council discussed the matter. MOTION: MotionCouncil Member Barbara Spector by that the completed projects be removed from the 2013-2015 Strategic Goals matrix, SecondedVice and that those requiring follow up be continued. by Mayor Marcia Jensen.
