In response to a Council question, staff is providing the following information regarding the 2013
attendance records for incumbents who are applying for reappointment to a board or commission.
Arts and Culture Commission
Dennise Carter — absent for 3 meetings
Community and Senior Services Commission
Janeen Pratt — absent for 1 meeting
Lily Sarafan — absent for 3 meetings and resigned 9/16/13 as she was going to miss the remaining
meetings due to prior work travel commitments.
Library Board
Thomas Atkinson — absent for 3 meetings
Parks Commission
Sandy Gordon — absent for 2 meetings
Rob Rennie — no absences
Planning Commission
Kendra Burch — absent for 3 meetings (Ms. Bruch also serves on the Historic Preservation
Committee and was absent for 5 meetings, including 3 Special Meetings)
